1. What are the Hospital hours?
Currently because Dr. Armer works 7 days a week at his various jobs office hours are by appointment
ONLY; usually on Tuesdays .
2. Do I need to have an appointment?
Yes, patients are seen by appointment ONLY. When Dr. Armer is away it is best to call the clinic phone
number (928-634-2707 locally or 888-634-2707 state wide in Arizona) and leave your name, phone
number and a brief message. Dr. Armer will return your call as soon as possible; usually within the
week.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, American Express, Mastercard and Visa
4. Can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service.
